I meant to post this earlier: my 360 arrived back safely after repairs to fix the dreaded Red Ring of Death. All up, including shipping, it only took just over a week - compare this to the Sony Blu-ray player that also died about the same time, and is still waiting on back-ordered parts. ETA is sometime in the next two weeks *sigh*
