It’d be remiss of me to not write anything about the Packers’ sad exit in OT from the NFC Championship game, but it’s a damn struggle to come up with anything apart from expletives. Such a shame the way it went down too — a Favre pick after starting with possession in OT and a few plays later *bam* it was all over. Still, hell of a season though, so much better than I’d expected. Next season now promises so much.

Which brings me to the thorny issue of who to support in the Superbowl: the irritatingly perfect Patriots or the dream killing Giants? After much soul searching, I’ve decided to cheer on the half-time entertainment: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers for the win! *sigh*
