It was quite a spin to watch Aaron Rodgers thrown into tight coverage for a TD reception by Greg Jennings in the tight loss to Atlanta on the weekend — not just for the Favre-like play but for the reaction immediately following: it was almost as if he was channeling his predecessor. Still early days yet, but Rodgers has shown an awful lot of potential and, if the Packers can start defending, might be able to lead the team to a respectable showing this season.
